March 9, 11, 16, 19, 23, and 26 (MINIMUM 4  Practices must be attended in order to be eligible)

Skater grouping and practice times TBD however all practices will occur during our regular ice block which is as follows:

• Monday and Thursday
• 4:30pm-7pm
• Centennial Arena

Performance Dates

March 27 for **Rising Stars and Star Skaters Only and,

March 28 for all skaters (Annual Banquet to follow the March 28 performance)

Costumes

Skaters will be asked to wear specific items of clothing.  Details, starting time of the show, and preparations will be sent in the upcoming weeks.

Decorations

We are seeking the following items to be used as part of the show:

• Any type of archway or inflatables (Disney Theme preferred but open to anything if it fits)
• Any Disney related decor
• Balloon inflate machine

 Volunteering

The VESC relies on their volunteer board members and committee members to organize the PDC and showcase. We need extra helping hands to make this showcase a success! If you would be interested and available to give back to the club and lend a hand to help set up/take down, act as a den parent, ice captain, or door attendant on the night of the live performance, please let us know at the table at your skater’s session or email us at committees.vesc@gmail.com.

The Valley East Skating Club is preparing our annual Performance Development Camp and Ice Show to be hosted at the end of March. Planning 

is well underway. The Ice Show will be Disney-Themed and the Board of Directors and Coaches are thrilled to show you what we have in store for the performances. 

 
With that in mind, we are a non-for-profit organization and require the need for any available supplies listed below AND volunteers for setup and takedown. We are also looking for high school volunteers for door duty and to stamp hands before the show.  If you are interested in volunteering on either Friday March 27th OR Saturday March 28th please email our Committee's Coordinator at this email: <committees.vesc@gmail.com>.
 
Donations for the Ice Show are also below. These items can be brought to the rink ASAP or email us at <info@vesc.ca> or <vicepresident.vesc@gmail.com> and a Board Member can arrange pickup.
